Commercial and Residential Single Ply Roofing
A single ply membrane roof consists of fexible sheets of synthetic polymer made from thermoplastics or synthetic rubber. PVC is a preferred single ply thermoplastic membrane that can be used from garage and residential roofs to the largest of commercial building rooftops.
PVC has a long lifespan, is low-maintenance and resistant to weathering, UV damage, and fire hazards, offers an impenetrable seal from the elements, and provides excellent insulation for your building.

Asphalt is the preferred material for paving roads, parking lots and airport runways. Asphalt is everywhere. Today or tomorrow, you will either drive or park on an asphalt surface. It's unavoidable. Asphalt is affordable, durable, easy to maintain and repair, and can be used immediately after installation. .

Stripe for Safety
As a safety measure, well-defined line striping provides a clear visual message for drivers and pedestrians informing where to go and what to do. You may decide to extend your striping job to include wheel stops and safety bollards.
